GATED LOTS: 
• Section C (Lot 1-139): Starting at GYD $2,600 per sq.ft

• Section C (Lot 143-281): Starting at GYD $2,400 per sq.ft

• Section E (Lot 1-139): Starting at GYD $2,200 per sq.ft



INDUSTRIAL LOTS: 

• Section 'G' (1/2-Acre Lot 1-6 & 16-19): Starting at GYD $1,200 per sq.ft

• Section 'G' (1-Acre Lot 7-14): Starting at GYD $1,000 per sq.ft


NOTE: All corner and Pie Shape lots are premium lots and are selling for an extra $100 per sq ft as per the section price.
