NON-GATED LOTS:
- Section ‘F’ (Lot 1-296): Starting at GYD $2,000 per sq.ft
INDUSTRIAL LOTS:
- Section 'H' (1/2-Acre Lot 1-6 & 16-19): Starting at GYD $1,200 per sq.ft
- Section 'H' (1-Acre Lot 7-14): Starting at GYD $1,000 per sq.ft
NOTE: All corner, Pie Shape and premium lots are selling for an extra $100 per sq ft as per the section price.
Where in Mahaica will the development be built?
Mahaica Meadows is located off the Mahaica/Unity Junction, adjacent to the newly constructed roundabout and four-lane highway on the East Coast Demerara.
Do you offer financing options?
We do not offer long-term financing; however, we provide a structured payment plan along with an interest-based program for clients who wish to extend their payment terms.
Payment Structure:
- 10% first deposit upon signing the agreement
- 30% second deposit within 30 days of signing
- 30% third deposit within 90 days of signing
- 30% final payment upon the passing of transport
What amenities will be available within the community?
Planned amenities include a gas station, building supplies, Mahaica Meadows head office, medical building, offices, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping mall and banquet hall.
Are healthcare facilities available nearby?
Residents of Mahaica Meadows enjoy convenient access to quality healthcare, with the Enmore Regional Hospital and Mahaicony Hospital in close proximity. The Georgetown Public Hospital, along with several private healthcare facilities, is also within easy reach at approximately 34 km away.
How much is the maintenance fee?
The Property is located within a development that has a common area maintenance fee. Purchaser will be responsible for a common area maintenance fee, which has been set
at the amount of $6,000 for Non-Gated and $15,000 GYD for Gated, subject to
adjustment due to inflation and other factors.
This Fee will be used to cover the cost of services such as:
- Landscaping
- Road maintenance
- Drain cleaning
- Garbage pick-up
Any maintenance services required within the property itself are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
Is there Security Guard Services available in this Development?
Yes, security guards will be provided 24/7 at the each entrance of the Gated Section ‘C’, ‘D’ & ‘E’ within the community.
Are Home Constructions Services Available?
Mahaica Meadows uses Dijiris Engineering and Construction Inc. as our preferred builder for the construction of our model homes.
